About Take It To The Mat

This class is a pilates inspired class and all exercises are done on the yoga mat. This is a great class for lean muscles, posture and ab work. Also fantastic for something that is easy on the joints or for those who may have issues with knees etc. Strengthens and allows us to feel long and lean. Great for body and mind connection. We finish off the class with a meditation.
